It all starts with researching and selecting the best producers around us. By associating ourselves with local producers, we ensure the freshness and quality of the products that will allow us to compose the most beautiful plates that will serve you. The pleasure of exchanges with our producers is endless and a great source of mutual inspiration:
We like to visit the vegetable gardens of our growers during the different seasons to consider new themes for our menus and the new dishes on our menu.
During the olive picking season, we enjoy going to the presses and talking with the olive growers to assess in advance the fresh grass and artichoke notes or the rounder and softer notes of the matured oils.
We enjoy an array of AOC Provence olive oil productions that taste like as many great vintages.
Our Chef Jean-Philippe Cousin has at heart to share with his guests all these treasures offered by Nature, with a refined simplicity found in the dishes he creates for you and in in his cellar.

Born from Jean-Philippe Cousin‘s passion for local products and French gastronomy, the restaurant Au Coeur des Vignes offers you refined and gourmet cuisine.
Culinary Art transcends the product which is sublimated to deliver the perfect flavors, that only precise and constantly revisited work can provide.
Here, cooking becomes Art: the aptly named “Arts de la Table” become a source of inspiration for Chef Jean-Philippe Cousin. Like a canvas and palette of colors, plates and cutlery participate in the composition and creation of such appetizers or desserts. The restaurant’s tableware is made up of unique designs by young designers that produce them in an almost artisanal way.
A floral note colors the dishes. Their staging is elaborated like a painting to awaken all your senses.
